These are on a first come first serve basis only.
Winter Season: £22 per night
Spring Season £25 per night
Summer Peak Season £28 per night
Autumn season £25 per night
BANK HOLIDAYS: £30 PER NIGHT
(minimum 3 night stay)
Extras
Additional adults 18 years plus: £6 per night
Dogs: £1 per night per Dog
Awnings: FREE
Late departure: £6 up to 6pm, prior arrangement only & subject to availability
Motorhome with trailer: £2 per night, prior arrangement only
Extra car: £3 per night, prior arrangement only & subject to available space
Day visitors: 18 years plus: £2 each, between 10am & 8pm by arrangement only. Visitors Cars are not to be brought onto site
Storage
We do not offer storage of Caravans or Motorhomes
Permanent pitches
We do offer longer term/Permanent pitches during the following periods only
8th November-31st March

Any caravan or motor home that is left for longer periods of time must be moved off site for an overnight period every 28 days. Any caravan or motor home left onsite remains the responsibility of the owner. The Owners of Manor House Touring Park accept no responsibility for any property kept onsite.
From 8th November 2020-31st March 2021 for each and every night a pitch is a occupied by a vehicle or caravan an overnight fee of £4 is to be paid in advance for the planned duration.
If you decide to occupy your caravan or motor home your stay will be charged at our Tariff rate, minus the £4.
If you require your van to be hooked up to electric during the colder months (to prevent freezing pipes or damp) a charge of £20 per month is to be paid in advance of the usage.
